A. Self-Service Online Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to change your appointment, you do not have to wait on a support call. We provide two easy methods:

- The Service Partner arrives at your designated physical address and is unable to gain entry or establish contact with you.

- Consequences: After 20 minutes, the booking will be marked as a “No-Show” and cancelled. The partner will return to their local station. A ₹150 travel fee will be logged on your account, which must be settled before we can accept any future service bookings from your mobile number.
6. Household Safety and Preparation Requirements
To guarantee a safe, highly efficient, and professional work environment for both your household and our independent Service Partners, we require customers to comply with the following preparation guidelines:
- Adult Supervision Required: A responsible adult (18 years or older) must remain present at the residential or commercial property during the entire duration of the service delivery. Our partners are strictly prohibited from working inside a home if only minors or unattended children are present.
- Protection of Personal Valuables: While our partners are background-checked, we strongly advise customers to secure all cash, gold ornaments, high-value jewelry, mobile phones, laptops, and sensitive personal or financial papers before the technician enters the workspace. Servixo and its partners are not liable for any missing, misplaced, or damaged personal property.
